Local Time Romanian local time is GMT+2 hours. Romanian local daylight saving time is GMT +3 hours (EET).
Weather Information Mamaia resort has a maritime littoral climate with annual average temperatures exceeding 11°C – the July average exceeds 22°C. In summer, the sun shines for 10-12 hours a day and there are low chances of rain (about 400 mm annually). Natural cure factors are the balmy marine climate, the saline aerosol, the solar radiation and the water of the Black Sea, which contains chlorine, sulphur, sodium, magnesium.
