By Decision no. 854 as of April 28, 2004, the Administrative Litigation Section of the Bucharest Court of Appeal dismissed the case of Romtelecom against the National Regulatory Authority for Communications as not admissible, for lack of prior complaint.
At the beginning of 2004, Romtelecom S.A. took legal action against ANRC, seeking the annulment of the administrative acts issued by ANRC on November 5, 2003 and December 22, 2003, by which ANRC communicated its refusal to approve the requested increase in the monthly rental charges.
