A request for public interest information may concern any document regarding or resulting from the ANCOM activity. Nevertheless, this would not trigger the ANCOM obligation to make publicly available any document it handles. There is a category of information which is not subject to free access. As well, one may not invoke Law no.544/2001 in order to require ANCOM to make specific research, data analysis or to create new documents for the purpose of answering a request for information.
