Thursday, February 4, 2010, the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications held the seminar Digital switchover – technical and administrative aspects. The ANCOM experts approached topics of interest related to the digital switchover process such as: refarming of the radio spectrum, digital dividend, state’s role in the digital switchover, users’ protection and information, switchover stage worldwide.
The seminar aimed at clarifying the technical and administrative aspects of the analogue, respectively digital terrestrial broadcasting for the interested mass-media representatives.
The seminar took place at the headquarters of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications in 2 Delea Noua Street.
