The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM), fiscal code: 14751237, Bucharest, 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, organises a public tender for granting two licences for the use of the radio spectrum in the digital terrestrial system with a view to operating two DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting – Terrestrial) multiplexes in Romania: Multiplex no.1 and Multiplex no.2.
The Terms of Reference are available between 02.07.2010 and 09.07.2010, at the ANCOM headquarters in Bucharest, 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, upon the tenderer’s submitting the following:
- proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of RON 1500, for each of the Terms of Reference, dated no later than 09.07.2010, either to the ANCOM cashier’s desk in 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, or to the ANCOM account no.RO03TREZ7005025XXX000274 opened at the Bucharest Treasury. The payment order should specify the Beneficiary, i.e. the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications, and the fact that the amount is paid for the Terms of Reference of the comparative selection procedure for granting the licence for the use of the radio spectrum in the digital terrestrial system, and
- original proxy of the person mandated to receive the Terms of Reference.
