The deadline for the consultation on the draft law on electronic communications shall be extended to 21 January 2011.
The extension was requested by certain operators who claimed that they need a longer consultation period in order to thoroughly and accurately analyse the implications of the main amendments brought to the national legal framework in force by the new law for the electronic communications sector.
The draft decision is available for consultation here. The interested persons are invited to send their comments and suggestions, by 21.01.2011, at the ANCOM headquarters in 2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest 3, or directly to the Registry.
