Upon the request of certain industry representatives, the deadline for the consultation on the Framework-agreement for access on private property, for the purpose of the installation, maintenance, replacement or relocation of public electronic communications networks or of the associated supporting infrastructure elements will be extended to 5 April 2013.
The Framework-agreement for access on the private property proposed by ANCOM is available for consultation here. The interested persons are invited to send their comments and suggestions, by 05.04.2013, to the ANCOM headquarters in 2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest 3, directly to the ANCOM Registry Office or to the ANCOM regional divisions. Comments may also be sent by fax to +40 372 845 402 or by e-mail to consultare@ancom.org.ro.
