Upon the requests of a number of industry representatives and given the fact that several draft regulations in the electronic communications field have been launched for public consultation lately, ANCOM extends the period for public consultation on the Draft Decisions regarding the identification, analysis and regulation of the relevant markets corresponding to the services of access at fixed locations, of call origination at fixed locations on the public telephone networks and to services of switched call transit on the public telephone networks in Romania and on the Draft Measures on cost-orienting the wholesale tariffs for certain communications servicesup to 7 October 2013.
The ANCOM drafts are available, in Romanian,here. The interested persons are invited to send their comments and suggestions to the ANCOM headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest 3), directly to the ANCOM Registry Office or by the ANCOM regional divisions.
