The annual tariff for the use of radio spectrum is owed to ANCOM by all the holders of licences for the use of radio frequencies and holders of broadcasting licences. The reception of airwaves is not charged. Details on the charging procedure and the list of tariffs for the use of spectrum are available in Decision no.551/2012.
