5 August 2009 – The president of the Competition Council, Bogdan Chiriţoiu, and the president of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM), Cătălin Marinescu, have signed a new collaboration protocol in view of fostering and promoting competition in the fields of electronic communications, audiovisual communications and postal services.
Competition Council is the body entrusted with protecting and stimulating competition, in order to ensure a normal competitive environment, with a view to promoting the consumers’ interests. Further information on the Competition Council is available on www.consiliulconcurentei.ro.
