The importance of hosting the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2022 by Romania is also reflected in the logistical responsibilities conferred by the high level of representation of the participating states. The scale of the event and the major implications, both political and logistical, require a joint sustained effort on the level of the Romanian administration, involving the Presidential Administration, the Parliament of Romania, the Government of Romania, ANCOM and the local authorities. Thus, an inter-institutional working group was set up at national level, including the Romanian institutions that have specific responsibilities for such a complex organization process.
