Graduate of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, holder of a diploma in electronics and telecommunications, Florin Bejan extended his education in other domains as well. Since 1996 he holds a Business Evaluation Diploma – CECCAR and a Management Diploma – Romanian French Institute for Business Administration in collaboration with Toulouse University. |

| In 1999 he graduated from the European MBA INDE (Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest & Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers – CNAM Paris). He currently writes his paper for PhD in economics at the Romanian Academy, on “Econometric model of informational flow”.
His professional experience covers both the private and the public administration sectors. Between 1991 – 2003 he held managing positions in several companies. In this respect, during 1995 – 1998 he was the Executive Manager of Trust Expert S.A., responsible for business consulting, accounting, auditing and tax services.Bewteen 1998 – 2001 he activated within the MediaPro Group, first as Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer of the Services Division – Telecom, Logistics and Tourism and subsequently as General Manager of the Printing, Distribution & Logistics Division, also responsible with coordinatring the Telecom Division.
Additionally, between 2003 – 2005 he was General Manager of Team Management S.A., a business consulting company.
Starting as of January 2005 he is State Secretary with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
