In Romania, ANCOM and ANPC are the institutions responsible for the enforcement of the legislation in force in the field of radio equipment and electromagnetic compatibility and are the institutions responsible for the supervision and control activities of the radio equipment market. ANCOM’s supervision and control activity concerns the conformity of radio equipment made available on the market and that belonging to end users. ANPC’s supervision and control activity concerns only the conformity of radio equipment belonging to consumers.
