| He is a member of TEMIC (Telecommunications Executive Management Institute of Canada), IIR Telecom Advisory Board (Institute of International Research) and Czech Association of Competitive Communication Supervisory Board Member. After graduation at the Czech Technical University (1992), Miroslav Reznícek started as a financial analyst at the SPT Telecom (Czech Telecom). He used to work in many managerial positions at Czech Telecom (Deputy Project Implementation Unit Director 1993 –1995, director of CEO’s office 1995 –1997, executive director Network Services Division 1997 – 1999 (Interconnection, Wholesale, Alliances).
He is an MBA of the University of Chicago since 2000.
In the same year, he left Czech Telecom and joined Contactel company. He started there as a Legal & Regulatory Affairs Director. Since July, 2001, he holds the position of Business Solutions & Regulatory Affairs Director.
