The deadline for the consultation on the draft decision on the establishment of quality indicators for the provision of the Internet access service and publication of the due parameters shall be extended to 3 November 2010, i.e. the initial term was 27 October 2010.
The extension was requested by certain providers which claimed that they need a longer consultation period in order to analyse the impact that such decision could have on their activity and to assess the resources necessary for its implementation.
The draft decision is available for consultation on the ANCOM website, here. The interested persons are invited to send their comments and suggestions, by 03.11.2010, at the ANCOM headquarters in 2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest 3, or directly to the Registry.
