ANRCTI has allotted new numbering resources to S.C. F&L CABLU SISTEM S.R.L., S.C. ORANGE Romania S.A., S.C. RCS & RDS S.A. for the provision of telephony services.
F&L Cablu Sistem, a first time requester of numbering resources, was granted the right to use 10,000 numbers for the provision of fixed telephony services in Bucharest.
Additionally to the resources allotted so far, Orange Romania was granted the right to use 1,000,000 national numbers within the 0Z=07 domain, for services provided by means of public mobile electronic communications networks.
RCS & RDS requested and was granted the right to use 120,000 numbers within the 0Z=03 domain, of which 100,000 numbers for Bucharest and 10,000 numbers for each of the counties Iasi and Satu Mare.
So far, ANRCTI has allotted more than 77.9 million numbers based on the procedure of granting licences for the use of numbering resources. 56.5% have been allotted for fixed telephone services, whereas 42.3% have been assigned for the provision of mobile telephone services.
