ANRCTI has allotted new numbering resources to S.C. DIAL TELECOM S.R.L., S.C. INTERTEL SISTEM S.R.L., S.C. LIDAS PROD S.R.L., S.C. NECC TELECOM ROMANIA S.R.L., S.C. PINK IT S.R.L., S.C. RCS – RDS S.A., S.C. SUNCOMM S.R.L. and S.C. TELEMOBIL S.A. for the provision of telephony services.
Telemobil requested and was granted the right to use 410,000 numbers for fixed telephony services provision in 40 counties and in Bucharest.
RCS & RDS was allotted 90,000 numbers within the 0Z=03 domain for the provision of fixed telephony services in the Iasi, Constanta, Arges, Dolj, Timis, Bihor, Mures, Brasov and Sibiu counties.
Suncomm, which requested numbering resources for the first time, was granted the right to use 410,000 numbers for the provision of fixed telephone services at national level. Moreover, this company was allotted 1,000 numbers within the 0Z=08 domain, for services offered by means of the prepaid cards. Suncomm received the individual indicative 1094 for carrier selection.
Intertel Sistem and Pink IT, also first time requesters, were granted the right to use 10,000 numbers for the provision of fixed telephony services in Bucharest – in the case of Intertel Sistem – and respectively 70,000 numbers within the 0Z=03 domain for the provision of fixed telephone services in Bacau, Galati, Dolj, Timis, Cluj and Brasov counties and in Bucharest – in the case of Pink IT. The latter was alloted 2,000 numbers within the 0Z=08 domain for services offered through Green Numbers and prepaid cards, as well as 3,000 numbers within the 0Z=09 domain for Premium Rate services. The individual indicatives received by Pink IT for carrier selection are 1032 and 1632.
Necc Telecom Romania requested and was granted the right to use 400,000 numbers for the provision of fixed telephony services, in 40 counties. On its turn, Lidas Prod was granted the right to use 50,000 numbers for the provision of fixed telephone services in the Vaslui, Galati, Buzau, Braila and Valcea counties.
10.000 numbers for Bucharest (fixed telephony) have been added to the numbering resources already allotted to Dial Telecom.
So far, ANRCTI has allotted more than 74.98 million numbers based on the procedure of granting licences for the use of numbering resources. 56.2% of these have been allotted for fixed telephone services, while 42.7% were assigned for the provision of mobile telephone services.
