ANRC allotted new numbering resources to Orange Romania, Mobifon, Digicom Systems and Acord Telecom.
Orange Romania was granted the right to use one more million numbers for the provision of mobile telephone services. So far, this company has been granted 11 million national numbers in the 0Z=07 domain, 3,000 Premium Rate numbers, as well as the individual indicative 1034 for two-step carrier selection.
In addition to the previously granted numbering resources, Mobifon received one million numbers to be used for the provision of mobile telephone services. Presently, this operator uses 10 million numbers for the provision of such services.
Digicom Systems submitted its first request for numbering resources and subsequently received the right to use 10,000 numbers for the provision of fixed telephone services in Bucharest.
Furthermore, Acord Telecom was allotted, apart from the previously granted resources, the individual indicative 1056 for two-step carrier selection and the individual indicative 1656 for one-step carrier selection.
