The national numbers for directory enquiryservices are of 118xyz type.
These numbers are usedfor finding out the telephoneorfaxnumbersof the subscribersto publicly available electroniccommunications services, usuallybasedonthe name.
The numbers are allocated by ANCOM to the providers of publicly available electronic communications services for the provision of their own directory enquiry services. On their turn, they can assign them to other providers of directory enquiry services.
The tariffs are usually higher than the tariff charged for a local call. Before calling such number, read carefully the instructions or contact the provider to find out the exact tariff.
