These numbers are used for indirect access to services via intelligent platforms.
By means of these numbers, services such as Home Direct may be provided, as well as services that are paid by virtual or prepaid cards.
The access to the provided service is granted upon the caller’s authentication.
Access to the intelligent platform by means of these numbers is free for the caller, while the tariff owed for initiating each call is to be charged on the identified caller, the payment mode being established by the service provider.
