410,000 National Geographic Numbers for Fixed Telephone Services

The National Regulatory Authority for Communications (ANRC) granted numbering resources to Media Sat S.R.L. and Mobimax Servicii S.R.L.

Mobimax Servicii S.R.L. requested and was granted 410,000 national geographic numbers within the 0Z=03 domain for fixed telephony services with national coverage. As well, this company was granted blocks of 1000 numbers within the 0Z=08 domain for each of the following service categories: green numbers, televoting, prepaid cards, virtual cards, universal access numbers, access to data and Internet networks. Mobimax Servicii S.R.L. was also granted blocks of 1000 premium numbers within the 0Z=09 domain for each of the services: entertainment, games and telephone contests; general, business and marketing information; adult entertainment. This company was also allocated the 1039 two-step carrier selection code and the 1639 one-step carrier selection code.

Media Sat S.L.R. requested and was granted 1,000 national non-geographic numbers for the provision of adult entertainment services (the 0Z=09 domain).

Furthermore, ANRC revoked the licences for the use of numbering resources granted to S.C. Oltenia Network Cable S.R.L. and S.C. International Communications Systems S.R.L, upon the holders’ request.
