ANRC allotted new numbering resources to RCS & RDS S.A. and Dial Telecom S.R.L. and amended the licences granted to A & G Communication Grup S.R.L. and Telestar Corporation GmbH S.R.L., following their requests for giving up the right to use certain numbering resources.
RCS & RDS received 60,000 numbers to be used for the provision of fixed telephone services (in the 0Z=03 domain) in the counties of Arges, Brasov, Constanta, Iasi, Timis and Vaslui.
The company Dial Telecom was granted the right to use 10,000 national geographic numbers to be used for the provision of fixed telephone services in Bucharest.
Furthermore, A & G Communication Grup and Telestar Corporation GmbH gave up part of the numbering resources requested and received from ANRC. Thus, each of the two companies gave up 400,000 national geographic numbers in the 0Z=03 domain, while keeping 10,000 national geographic numbers in the 0Z=03 domain for the provision of fixed telephone services in Bucharest and blocks of 1,000 numbers in the 0Z=08 domain for the provision of services through prepaid cards, as well as the indicatives 1047 and, respectively, 1037 for two-step carrier selection.
