To ANCOM headquarters or to the territorial office of ANCOM covering the area where the head office/domicile of the provider is located:
– by registration, personally or by the provider’s representative, upon signature;
– by registered letter, with confirmation receipt; – in electronic format, with enclosed, attached or logically associated with an extensive electronic signature, based upon a certificate that has not been invalidated or revoked at the respective moment and generated using a secured device for creating electronic signature.
