Postal services providers	Postal services provided on their own behalf, having as object postal items, of which: – correspondence items – printed matter – small packages (only the operator designated by Romania as part of the Universal Postal Convention) – parcels – “M” bags (only the operator designated by Romania as part of the Universal Postal Convention) – paper money orders – blind mail – advertising by addressed mail – social protection rights payment vouchers and information documents drawn up by the National House of Public Pensions (only the operator designated as a universal service provider) Postal services provided as a subcontractor, in the name and on behalf of another postal service provider Services provided as a reseller of postal services provided by a postal service provider Services related to postal services	For the reference period represented by the previous calendar year, postal service providers are required to report annually, by March 15, the statistical data provided in Annexes No. 1-9.
