
The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania (ANCOM) invites all interested persons to participate in the auction for awarding frequency usage rights in the 700 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2600 MHz and 3400-3800 MHz bands.
The Terms of Reference are available on the ANCOM website starting 19.09.2022. The document can be bought from ANCOM’s headquarters in Bucharest, 2 Delea Noua Street, sector 3, or – upon the buyer’s request – sent in physical or electronic form. Interested persons must submit the following:
- the document proving the payment of a non-refundable amount of 5,000 lei, standing for the value of the Terms of Reference, either to the ANCOM cashier office in 2 Delea Noua Street, Sector 3, or in the ANCOM account no. RO60TREZ70020F365000XXXX opened at the Activitatea de Trezorerie si Contabilitate Publica of Bucharest Municipality. The payment order is to specify ANCOM as the Beneficiary, as well as that the payment is due for the Terms of Reference.
- the original proxy of the person mandated to receive the Terms of Reference.
Where the payment for the Terms of Reference is processed abroad, the interested person can pay the above-mentioned amount in euro at the exchange rate communicated by the National Bank of Romania, valid on the day of payment, into the account RO86RNCB0082044181470003 opened at the Romanian Commercial Bank – Unirea Branch.
The Terms of Reference can be obtained from Monday to Thursday between 09:00 16:00 and Friday between 09:00 – 14:00 (local time).
The application files and the initial bids can be submitted by 27 Octomber 2022, 17:00 hours (local time).

The exhibition is open for visitors from 17 May 2011 until 31 August 2011, Monday to Thursday between 08:30 and 20:00 hours, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 08:30 to 17:00, at the Authority’s headquarters in 2 Delea Nouă Street, sector 3, Bucharest. The entrance is free.
