Litigiu Intersat – RCS

On November 22, 2005, S.C. Intersat S.R.L. filed a complaint with the National Regulatory Authority for Communications, against S.C. RCS & RDS S.A., thereby requiring that the respondent be obliged to provide negotiate and conclude an interconnection agreement. The petition was registered with under no.29797/22.11.2005.

For the settlement of this dispute, the plaintiff chose the mediation procedure.
