On Friday, 07 October 2005, the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Communications (ANRC), Mr. Dan Cristian Georgescu, and the Vice-president, Ms. Alexandrina Hîrtan, participated in the third meeting of the ANRC Caravan, organised in Pitesti, where they discussed with the representatives of the communications and postal services companies in the counties of Arges, Brasov, Caras-Severin, Dolj, Gorj, Hunedoara, Mehedinti, Olt, Sibiu and Valcea regarding their problems at local level, information needs, the new regulations in the field, as well as regarding the national program for the implementation of universal service by the installation of telecentres, initiated by ANRC.
