The public consultations on the Draft decision on the security of public electronic communications networks and publicly available electronic communications services and on the Draft decision on the approval of the National Table of Frequency Band Allocations are extended by 8 September 2023, respectively 15 September 2023, upon the request of the interested parties.
The Authority launched for public consultation the two draft decisions on 1 August 2023, respectively on 3 August 2023. ANCOM is extending the public consultation on the Draft decision on the security of public electronic communications networks and publicly available electronic communications services until 8 September 2023, while for the Draft decision on the approval of the National Table of Frequency Band Allocations until 15 September 2023.
The two draft decisions are available for consultation here. Interested persons are invited to submit their comments and suggestions until 08.09.2023, respectively until 15.09.2023, at ANCOM's headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, sector 3, Bucharest), using the Online Registry or through the Authority’s Regional Divisions.
