On Monday, 20 June 2011, the President of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM), Mr. Cătălin Marinescu, held a press conference during which he presented the Strategy Paper on the national implementation and development of BWA systems in the 3400 – 3800 MHz frequency bands.
